CHALLENGE:

When Rogers, Brock & Barker Vets (RBB) approached us, they were finding it difficult to attract and correspond with clients from all of their four locations. They were using a HIBU website, having been enticed by its low costs – but it simply wasn’t smart enough to achieve what they needed it to.

SOLUTION:

We deployed our multi-location platform, Cerium, to create four individual websites for RBB – but for the cost of about one-and-a-half. In a nutshell, Cerium uses a ‘practice-up’ framework, making sure that both the brand and all practices benefit from a localised presence and personalisation.

We’ve found that multi-location vets often operate a ‘brand-down’ web strategy, leaving individual practices without much of a local profile. But clients tend to search Google for “vets in [location]”, which is why Cerium works so well.

RESULTS:

Cerium has allowed RBB to easily edit and develop their group of websites, so each vet practice has an individual identity and the choice to add their own news and advice. The platform also allows features to be edited across all four practices at the touch of a button, making updates super-quick and efficient.

How has Cerium changed things for RBB?

  • All four practices now perform extremely well in natural search results via Google. People seeking a vet in the smaller location of Longton, or in the general area of Stoke on Trent, all find RBB easily online.
  • Each practice has the opportunity to edit their own pages and content individually, or changes can be made across all four at once.
  • Each practice has its own presence, with images and content personalised to the practice and its clients.
