Our client had managed Google Ads themselves and results had not met expectations with the costs involved.  Increasing awareness, website visits and most importantly acquiring new patients and the appointment of bookings in a heavily competitive market was a critical element of their marketing strategy.


The Approach 

Following a website redesign by Connected Vet, we created a new Google Ads account that was strategically set to meet the client’s goals. We ensured location targeting was in place to reach only their target audience. Following keyword research we identified and bid on geo-targeted, long tail and highly relevant keyword phrases to promote each of the services the practise offered while ensuring cost-effectiveness was maintained using this advertising platform. Optimisation on an ongoing weekly monitor and maintenance timeframe ensured maximum exposure of ads in top ad positioning while retaining low cost per clicks, averaging £1.10.
